Call opened for Ignacy Lukasiewicz Scholarship Programme
There is a recent call (open until the end of April) of The Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) on interesting scholarship possibility for very good students from the developing countries: the Ignacy Lukasiewicz Scholarship Programme. Scholarship holders will be first recruited from the following countries: Angola, Colombia, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Lebanon, Mexico, Myanmar, Nigeria, Palestine, Peru, The Republic of South Africa, The Philippines, Senegal, Tanzania, Uganda and Vietnam or other countries covered by the official development assistance. The Ignacy Lukasiewicz Scholarship Programme covers obligatory preparatory one-year course, preceding the studies in Poland. Besides the grade average of the first-degree studies of the candidates, one of the important factors in the evaluation of the proposals is the concept of the master’s thesis and the description of planned research, so it is beneficial if the potential supervisor helps in the proposal preparation.
