Recruitment

The official recruitment for PAMEP program 2023/2024 has started.

It will be exclusively done through our University system at:

The detailed list of the required steps are also given there.

The schedule is the following:

First recruitment – for the candidates who need long time to get visa to Poland:
01.06.2023-10.07.2023: registration in the system, verification of the documents, obligatory payment of the recruitment fee (85 PLN, which is about 20 EUR).
01.07.2023-11.07.2023: uploading the verified documents.
12.07.2023-13.07.2023: online interviews with the candidates.
14.07.2023: finish of the recruitment and announcing the list of admitted candidates.

Second recruitment – for the candidates who do not need or need short time to get visa to Poland: 
21.07.2023-03.09.2023: registration in the system, verification of the documents, obligatory payment of the recruitment fee (85 PLN, which is about 20 EUR).
21.07.2023-04.09.2023: uploading the verified documents.
06.09.2023: online interviews with the candidates.
08.09.2023: finish of the recruitment and announcing the list of admitted candidates.

The ranking of the candidates will be based on the interview results and the grade on bachelor diploma.

The interview will check the basic knowledge of the candidates at the level of college physics, e.g. from this book: College Physics Textbook

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in science, natural sciences or technology.
  • English language skills are required.
  • Passing the interview (online).
  • Bachelor diploma (with supplement or transcript) issued by universities in English or translation of the diploma into Polish or into English made by a certified translator approved by the government of the country issuing the document. 
  • For candidates outside Poland, bachelor diploma (with supplement or transcript) needs to be additionally legalized (for countries outside Hague Convention) or with apostille. Please have in mind that the legalization can be only done in Polish Embassy in the country of the document issue and it might take some time to arrange a visit to do it.
